Channels & Supported Topics

Use the support ticket system first. Tickets preserve the issue details, order context, and follow-up replies, making them suitable for requests that require account-status or connection-environment checks.

User Panel Tickets

Use tickets for plan activation, payment status, 7-day no-questions-asked refunds, traffic resets, plan upgrades, client imports, subscription updates, and international route connection issues. After signing in, open the support center, choose the relevant issue type, and describe what happened.

Tickets are handled in queue according to the issue context. Response times vary with queue conditions and issue complexity; this page makes no fixed response-time promise. Check the same ticket for follow-up replies instead of splitting one issue across multiple records.

Email

Email can work for lengthy background details and materials that need a structured explanation. VPNLP has not published a verifiable public email address, so email is not currently a support channel.

For orders, payments, or refunds, use a user-panel ticket directly. Do not send account details to an unverified address.

Telegram

Telegram is generally suited to brief status checks and text conversations. VPNLP has not published a verifiable public Telegram account, so this channel is not currently used for support.

When subscription or account context needs to be checked, refer to the ticket record in the user panel.

ISSUE SCOPE

What Tickets Cover

Identify the issue category first, then add the necessary context. The more specific the details, the easier it is to reproduce the connection path and locate the relevant step.

Account & Subscription

Use this category for signed-in subscription status, subscription retrieval, traffic resets, and plan upgrades. No email address is required to register; a username and password are enough. Include your username when submitting a ticket, but never paste your password or full subscription link in the message.

Payments & Refunds

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. If your status has not updated after payment, state the payment method used and the status shown on the page. Refund requests follow the 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy and must be submitted through a ticket.

International Routes & Connections

VPNLP covers 100+ countries and 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. For connection issues, include the platform, target region, route name, the client’s current message, and whether the issue occurred during import, connection, or access.

If a route does not meet your current needs, try another route in the same region for comparison. Include the route types you have already tested in the ticket to help distinguish local network, client configuration, and exit-path issues.

Client Import

Use this category for client download access, subscription imports, configuration updates, and system permission prompts. Get clients through the user panel. In your ticket, name the platform and the step where you are stuck; there is no need to provide a static installer URL.

How to Use

Check the user guide first for installation, import, connection, and verification steps. If the issue remains after following the guide, describe the step where your result differed in the ticket instead of submitting only “Unable to connect” without environment details.

TICKET NOTES

Before You Submit

A ticket does not need a large collection of screenshots. First describe the environment and action sequence in text, then add page details that clarify the status.

Identify Where the Issue Occurred

State whether the issue occurred during payment, subscription retrieval, client import, route connection, or access to the target service. Each stage follows a different troubleshooting path, so a clear point of failure is more useful than a vague description.

Add the Platform and Route

Specify Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux, and include the selected region, city, and route type. If you have switched to another route, add the comparison result to the same ticket.

Protect Your Account Credentials

You may provide your username in a ticket, but do not paste your password, full subscription link, or payment credentials. To explain a payment issue, state which of Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT you used and the status shown on the page.
