By visiting the VPNLP website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using related network acceleration features, users confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms. If any part is unacceptable, users should stop using the relevant services. Before purchasing, users should confirm the plan details, supported platforms, and their own network environment, and keep account credentials and subscription information secure.

Service Scope and Applicability

VPNLP provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services, covering 100+ countries / 160+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The services are intended to improve cross-border access in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. Available routes, client access points, and subscription information are determined by what is displayed in the user panel at the time.

Monthly subscriptions include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; traffic remains available until used and never expires. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must set and protect their own login credentials and must not publicly disclose account passwords, subscription links, or other information that can be used to access the services. Users are responsible for risks resulting from voluntarily disclosing such information, copying it to public locations, or providing it to unrelated individuals.

A single account may be online on unlimited devices at the same time, but this rule is intended for the account holder to manage their own devices. It does not permit reselling, renting, or long-term sharing with unrelated individuals. Without permission, users must not split plans, distribute subscription information in bulk, resell access, or otherwise convert a personal subscription into a commercial resale service.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the services are used, and are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts. Users must not use VPNLP for unlawful activities, infringe on the legitimate rights of others, distribute malicious programs, launch network attacks, interfere with network facilities, access other systems without authorization, or consume service resources at an abnormal scale through automated means.

When a request has a clear legal basis, or when necessary to protect service security and the rights of users or third parties, VPNLP may take reasonable investigation, restriction, or enforcement measures. When using third-party websites, platforms, or content services, users must also follow the applicable third-party rules. VPNLP does not control third-party service content, account policies, or regional determinations.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

Cross-border connections may be affected by the user's local network, carrier routing, target platform policies, device system settings, route maintenance, and uncontrollable network events. VPNLP will maintain routes and client access points, but does not guarantee that every route, target service, or region will perform consistently at all times.

Some routes may be adjusted, replaced, or temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, or external network changes. Users should first switch to another route in the same region and check whether the client and subscription have been updated. VPNLP is not responsible for consequences arising from a third-party platform discontinuing service, changing access rules, restricting an account, or changing its content regions.

Restrictions and Termination

If an account is involved in resale, long-term sharing with unrelated individuals, attacks on network facilities, resource abuse, circumvention of normal billing procedures, or other violations of these terms, VPNLP may, depending on the circumstances, restrict related connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Before taking action, VPNLP may assess whether to provide an explanation or restoration option based on the level of risk, service security, and legal requirements.

Users may stop purchasing or using the services. After an account is restricted or terminated, users must not continue similar violations by repeatedly creating accounts or through other means. Account enforcement does not affect payments, usage records, or legally applicable responsibilities arising before the action.

Refund Guidance and Policy Changes

Refund rules are described in the separate Refund Policy. A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment; the applicable scope, conditions, and process are determined by the Refund Policy page. These terms do not replace the refund information on that page.

VPNLP may update these terms when necessary due to changes in service scope, product processes, legal requirements, or security management. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date will be changed accordingly. Significant changes will be communicated through available on-site methods. Continued use of the services after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revisions. If users do not agree with the revisions, they should stop using the services.
